Melissa was part of booking Wine and Roses. She honestly helped with everything that I needed. She was understanding if I had crazy requests and she calmed me down the day of the wedding. I honestly could not have asked for a better day-of wedding coordinator. I would recommend her to any bride, you will feel totally at ease. Hiring Melissa will be one of the best decisions you make throughout the wedding process. You won't be disappointed!

Melissa was such a valued part of my wedding planning! Melissa made sure I stayed organized and on track with my planning, she assisted me with details and even kept my bridal party in line so rehearsal was a success! There were little things she did everywhere that made the day run perfectly. Her help took away my wedding day stress and allowed me to enjoy every minute!
From planning to clean up we could not have done it so easily without her.

Melissa was extremely helpful, calm, and flexible. She kept our wedding day events on time, coordinated with our DJ, and checked in on us when we needed it. I highly recommend her services.

Melissa was so organized in the planning stages, she came up with questions for me that I hadn't even thought about. During the rehearsal and wedding she and her crew had a calm demeanor and kept everything going on track and according to plan. And she always knew where to find me.

So where to start, ok. Melissa was awesome all through out the process with planning my wedding. She was always there for any question, comment, or worry I had for my big day. She always made me feel better once talking or emailing her. My wedding was in Washington and I live in Oregon, so you can imagine my worries. When it came to my big day Melissa was there at noon and I got to work with her assistant Leslie for the morning. She was just as helpful as Melissa. Since it was the morning of my big day Melissa made sure I knew what was going on, eating and drinking, and trying to stay calm. The biggest thing to me is the as soon as there was any problem big or small, I didn't even get to worry about it before Melissa and her team made it all better. If it wasn't for Melissa I probably would have given up and eloped lol I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone for all of her services. Also, not only did she do all the things above but she also helped me save a few bucks here and there.

Melissa, our wedding coordinator at Wine and Roses Country Estate, was responsive to all of our questions leading up to the big day, even going so far as to help us find ways to trim the budget without sacrificing the important details and special touches. For larger events, I would definitely recommend using Melissa's Jubilee Weddings services for set up and take down. For a very small charge, all set up, preparation and take-down was taken care of on the day of the wedding, giving my family and friends more time to simply enjoy the day. While I was at first concerned to learn that Melissa could not be on-site for our wedding day, she was careful to communicate all details to the day-of coordinator, Leslie, who did a fantastic job at implementing our vision and keeping the day on-schedule. Even our complicated centerpieces were set up perfectly and packed up carefully at the end of the night. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, I certainly did not know about it - and neither did our guests!
While I'm confident that our wedding day would have been memorable regardless, Melissa truly made the day's logistics run smoothly, always with our vision and our guests' comfort in mind, which allowed us to relax, focus on the moment and enjoy the day!

-Melissa was my coordinator for my August 11 wedding. Before the event, she was very accessible and had some wonderful ideas for decorating. On the day of the wedding, she was there when I needed her and attended to every detail. The ceremony and the reception could not have gone more smoothly and Melissa was a huge part of that. She also took great care of us. I highly recommend her to plan any wedding or event. Thank you Melissa!

Melissa was a huge help at my wedding. I gave her an idea of what we were looking for, and at my wedding she was there and everything go done. No stress for me or my mom. If we needed or wanted it, it got done. I highly recommend Jubilee Weddings and Events. Great people and prices.

-Melissa and Leslie are the best! My Husband and I got married this past weekend at Wine & Roses Country Estate in Auburn, WA. The venue owner has hired Jubilee Weddings & Events to help her brides & grooms out with all the details.. and what a great help they are!
My contact with Melissa first started many many months prior to my wedding when she emailed me a form to fill out with bride/groom & vendor info. From there we were in constant communication by email and in person. She was always very quick to respond to all my emails and answer any and all the questions I had. Melissa also met us out at the venue numerous times so we could take measurements and work out little details of our wedding. Jubilee is just the right amount of help and guidance while still allowing their clients to be creative and pull off the wedding or event of their dreams.
It's very obvious Melissa and Leslie have lots of experience in wedding/event planning. Our wedding day was amazing and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out, and I know we owe a huge thank you to Melissa and Leslie for that. They seemed genuinely happy for my Husband and I, which was very sweet :)
I enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them to anyone for their wedding or special event!

-Melissa and Leslie were wonderful. Come the day of the wedding they had all the decorations ready to go and the place looked fantastic. They had the schedule down and we were actually early for everything. They helped make the day run so smooth and are well worth the little bit extra. They started with getting all the information they could months before the wedding and sent wonderful reminders when they needed more information. They helped with relieving a small panic attack a few days prior to the wedding with a bartender issue and come the big day all was taken care of. Thanks ladies!
